Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony.A Yoga Nritya Competition was held for the students of classes VIII to X on 21st June 2024 at D.A.V. Public School, Nerul. Yoga Nritya is a graceful dance form of yogic asanas performed to soothing and meditative music. Dance and yoga have been intertwined in Indian culture, both physically and philosophically. The participants enthralled the audience with some breathtaking yogic poses, showcasing their skill and dedication to the new and unique art form.
