‘Drama’ is a strong medium of communication. Inorder to develop dramatic skills and promote acting ability among students, D.A.V Public school Nerul organized a colourful and a memorable event ie, the skit competition. It was held on 29th Sept 2023. The grand programme commenced by the arrival of various teams from all the sections of class 6 & 7, there were 14 groups.Many children participated in this unique competition. The skit topics were as follows : Truth prevails can never be hidden, Say no to plastic, Cyber bullying, an impact of social media etc. The children were anxiously waiting for the skit competition as they wanted to see the amazing groups representing each class.The children were enthusiastic to show their talent.It was a truly mesmerizing show. The honurable headmistress praised the entire team and guided and encouraged the students with her inspirational words. At the end it was a memorable experience for everyone and it was also fun. The students said that they really enjoyed a lot and dispersed with sincere hope that such events should be organised again and again giving them a chance to display thier talents.
